A LITTLE CARE FOR WHAT YOU SHARE
Your memories.
Your choices.
We want this to feel like a safe, personal corner of our story. Here is how the wedding experience handles what you share.
Your invitation & RSVP
Your personal invitation link gives access to your invitation, your reply and your table, when assigned. Keep it private. The guest list, meal notes and RSVP details are visible only to authorized wedding administrators.
Photographs & videos
You can send memories without creating an account. Originals are stored privately. Public sharing is a separate, optional choice, and nothing appears in the gallery before review. Choosing private means the couple can keep your memory without publishing it.
Share only media you have permission to submit. Please consider everyone pictured, especially children. Do not submit sensitive or intimate material. The public image versions remove embedded metadata; original files may retain metadata and remain private. Videos and HEIC images may require preparation before they can be published.
Your words
Guestbook messages stay private unless you choose public sharing and the couple approves them. Your name will appear beside a public message. Please avoid sharing someone else’s private details.
Payments
If gifting is enabled, Paystack handles its checkout. This site does not receive your card details. Payment references and reconciliation records stay private. Bank transfers and direct-wallet gifts are not automatically marked received. All gifting is optional.
Storage & recovery
The experience uses an essential administrator session cookie, a seven-day anonymous abuse-control cookie, and browser storage to recover interrupted uploads and verify payment references. The anonymous cookie helps guests sharing venue Wi-Fi submit their own memories; it does not identify you or grant access to an invitation. No advertising trackers are included. To resume an interrupted upload, select the same original file. Upload recovery authorization expires after seven days.
Guest media is intended to become a lasting wedding archive. The couple can configure retention, remove submissions and download private backups. Pending and rejected media can be removed by administrators using the retention tool.
Removal & questions
Use “Report this memory or request removal” in the album to flag a guest photograph. You can also contact Nita or Femi through the person who shared your invitation. Include enough information to identify your submission, without sending sensitive details publicly.
